Return & Refund Policy

At TechBundle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:


Return Policy

  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Important: There are no returns or refunds on downloadable products and digital items.

To be eligible for a return (for physical products only):

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn/unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
